A land lease community provides a unique homeownership opportunity for individuals or couples over 50 who are seeking a fulfilling retirement lifestyle. In a land lease community, you have the ownership of your home while leasing the land it sits on. This arrangement is accompanied by a weekly site fee that grants you access to a wide range of community recreation and leisure facilities.
One of the key benefits of living in a land lease community is the ability to claim Commonwealth Government Rent Assistance (if eligible), which can help cover a significant portion of the weekly site fee. This makes it an attractive and cost-effective option for those seeking a secure and vibrant retirement environment.
At Lakeview Springs, we are proud to offer a land lease community that combines the advantages of homeownership, affordability, and access to exceptional amenities. Experience the freedom and convenience of this unique lifestyle by joining our welcoming community.
