Stage 1
The Stage 1 homes are underway and are expected to be available for residency in the first quarter of 2024.
The site of the grand Lakehouse, which will serve as the social heart of the community, has been set, plus the sprawling 12-acre lake will be framed with 1.2km of walking paths. Upon completion you will be able to stroll along the walking paths and easily get your daily steps in. Another feature will be the bonus option of hard stands for RV storage for homeowners who don’t want to keep their caravans at home.
